✨ Cancellation + Booking Policy ✨ To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your scheduled service total. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice will require a fee of 75% of the service(s) booked in order to rebook. No-shows are charged 100% of the missed appointment total before booking any future appointments. Please also note that if you are more than 15–20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled/rescheduled and will be considered a no-show, resulting in the applicable no-show fee.
